Job Description

The Shared Services Manager will occupy a pivotal role in leading and consolidating key support functions across the Group. The successful candidate will be directly responsible for overseeing a portfolio of shared service departments or units, which may include areas such as administrative services, logistical support, facilities management, or core internal IT services.

Key Expected Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a shared services vision and strategy aligned with the overall strategic objectives of NBTC Group.
• Process Optimization: Review and analyze current processes within the supervised domains, designing solutions to streamline, automate, and enhance their efficiency.
• Performance Management: Establish clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the shared services teams, monitor performance against targets, and ensure the delivery of high-quality services within agreed timelines.

Requirements and Qualifications

Academic Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or similar professional qualifications is a strong advantage.

Professional Experience:

• Minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant experience, with a focus on shared services management, process improvement, or operational management.
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and delivering tangible results in efficiency improvement and cost reduction.
• Experience working within a large, diversified corporate environment is highly preferred.
• Good knowledge of the business environment and markets in Kuwait and the GCC region.
