Job Description and Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be the primary face of the company to customers on the showroom floor, responsible for delivering an exceptional purchasing experience. The core responsibilities of the role include:

  • Customer Reception and Service: Greeting customers in the showroom in a professional and friendly manner, accurately understanding their needs and requirements.
  • Product Presentation: Providing comprehensive and persuasive demonstrations of the company's products and services, highlighting their features and value proposition.
  • Closing Sales: Convincing customers and finalizing sales transactions, achieving set monthly sales targets and objectives.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintaining in-depth knowledge of all displayed products, their specifications, pricing, and ongoing promotional offers.
  • After-Sales Service: Providing post-sale support and follow-up to ensure complete customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
  • Showroom Maintenance: Contributing to maintaining the showroom's tidiness, cleanliness, and visual appeal for customers.
  • Reporting: Preparing daily or weekly reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and inventory as required.

Qualifications and Key Requirements

To be a successful candidate for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

  • Educational Qualification: A diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven previous experience in sales, preferably within a showroom or retail environment. Experience in the general trading or contracting sectors is a distinct advantage.
  • Personal Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
    • A charismatic, polished personality with a proactive attitude.
    • Strong persuasion and presentation skills.
    • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on satisfaction.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Flexibility and willingness to work during peak hours and on official holidays as required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications (especially Word and Excel) and basic Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
