Job Description

Requirements and Qualifications

Core Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in site management or project management, with demonstrated success in delivering major projects within the infrastructure, construction, or logistics sectors. Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the Gulf region is a significant advantage.
• Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of project management principles (PMI), construction and safety regulations, quality control, and procurement procedures. Strong proficiency in relevant computer software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, MS Office Suite).
• Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership and managerial abilities. Excellent communication and negotiation skills (verbal and written). Ability to solve complex problems and make decisions under pressure. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Professional Certifications: A project management certification (e.g., PMP) or a Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) certification (e.g., NEBOSH) will be a strong advantage.
