Job Overview

The Associate Analyst will operate within the client's Talent Development Program (SMP), designed to hone the skills of ambitious Saudi youth and prepare them for future leadership roles. Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Collect, organize, and analyze Human Resources data from various internal sources.
• Assist in preparing periodic reports and dashboards that reflect key HR performance indicators (KPIs), such as turnover rates, hiring costs, and productivity metrics.
• Support recruitment operations by aiding in the initial screening of resumes and organizing candidate data.
• Participate in updating and maintaining the accuracy of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and employee records.
• Assist in implementing and tracking employee training and development programs.
• Provide administrative support to the team in preparing presentations, scheduling meetings, and documenting minutes.
• Contribute to process improvement projects within the HR department.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Educational Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Statistics, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in a related field (HR, Analytics, Administration) is preferred. Relevant internships or academic projects are a significant advantage.
• Technical Skills:
