Job Overview
The Associate Analyst will operate within the client's Talent Development Program (SMP), designed to hone the skills of ambitious Saudi youth and prepare them for future leadership roles. The analyst will be an integral part of the Human Resources team, responsible for supporting analytical processes and streamlining administrative tasks that enhance the efficiency of the organization's human capital function.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Collect, organize, and analyze Human Resources data from various internal sources.
- Assist in preparing periodic reports and dashboards that reflect key HR performance indicators (KPIs), such as turnover rates, hiring costs, and productivity metrics.
- Support recruitment operations by aiding in the initial screening of resumes and organizing candidate data.
- Participate in updating and maintaining the accuracy of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and employee records.
- Assist in implementing and tracking employee training and development programs.
- Provide administrative support to the team in preparing presentations, scheduling meetings, and documenting minutes.
- Contribute to process improvement projects within the HR department.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Educational Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Statistics, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in a related field (HR, Analytics, Administration) is preferred. Relevant internships or academic projects are a significant advantage.
- Technical Skills:
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts) and PowerPoint.
- Foundational knowledge of data analysis and statistics principles.
- Ability to quickly learn new HR-specific software and applications.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Ability to work within a team and handle confidential information with high discretion.
- Good organization and time management with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
