Job Description and Responsibilities

Requirements and Qualifications

To be eligible for this important role, you must meet the following criteria:

• Academic Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or Business Administration. Professional training certifications (e.g., CIPD, CTP) are a strong advantage.
• Work Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of practical experience in soft skills training, with preference given to experience in the technology sector, startups, or fast-paced environments.
• Soft Skills: You must exemplify the skills you train. We are looking for someone with:
  • High-level presentation and communication skills (in both Arabic and English).
  • The ability to inspire and motivate trainees.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to cater to a diverse audience.
