Job Description & Key Responsibilities

The successful Spa Therapist will be responsible for delivering a wide range of spa and beauty treatments to guests, ensuring the highest standards of quality and comfort. The primary duties for this role include:

• Performing various spa treatments with utmost professionalism, including different types of massages (Swedish, Sports, Deep Tissue) and facial/body cosmetic treatments.
• Assessing guest needs and providing expert consultation on suitable treatments and products to maximize benefits and relaxation.
• Maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation in treatment rooms and for all tools and equipment, in accordance with established health and safety protocols.
• Preparing treatment rooms before and after each session to ensure they are fully ready and maintain a calm, refreshing ambiance.
• Contributing to the spa's sales targets by recommending additional treatments or suitable retail products for home care.
• Working as part of an integrated team, collaborating with colleagues in reception and supervisory roles to deliver seamless guest service.
• Participating in ongoing training programs to stay updated on the latest techniques and trends in spa therapies and wellness care.

Requirements & Qualifications

To be a successful candidate for this role, the following qualifications are required:

• Nationality & Language Proficiency: Female candidates with full fluency in spoken Arabic (a fundamental requirement).
• Qualification & Experience: A recognized certificate or training in beauty therapy, massage therapy, or cosmetology. Previous experience working in a luxury hotel spa or wellness center is highly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Practical knowledge of various massage, facial, and body treatment techniques. Ability to operate and use basic spa equipment safely.
• Personal Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to listen effectively to understand guest desires.
