Essential Qualifications & Requirements

- Academic Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in technical sales, marketing, or product support, with a strong focus on protective coatings, industrial coatings, or construction chemicals. Previous experience in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) market, particularly the UAE, is a significant advantage.
- Technical Skills: In-depth understanding of coating systems, corrosion protection standards (e.g., NACE, SSPC), project specifications, and construction processes.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation abilities, strong negotiation and persuasion skills, and the capability to build a wide professional network.
- Language: Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Arabic is a strong additional asset.
