Key responsibilities include:

Qualifications and Requirements

• Educational Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent. A Master’s degree or advanced professional certifications (e.g., LEED, PMP) is a strong advantage.
• Work Experience: Minimum 8 to 12 years of experience in architecture, with a proven track record focused on managing and designing high-rise building and/or luxury villa projects. Experience must cover all project phases from conceptual design to final delivery.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and 3D modeling software (such as Revit, 3Ds Max, Rhino). In-depth knowledge of building systems, luxury finishing materials, and sustainability principles.
• Soft Skills: Leadership with excellent team management and client/contractor communication abilities. Strong analytical and complex problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and accuracy under pressure. Ability to deliver effective presentations.
• Language: Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential. Knowledge of Arabic is a distinct advantage.

Work Environment and Location
