  • Maintaining Safety: Ensuring a safe working environment within the warehouse by complying with all safety procedures, maintaining the cleanliness and order of the work area, and reporting any hazards or equipment malfunctions.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Regularly updating inventory records manually or using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and preparing reports on material movement and stock levels.

Required Qualifications and Skills

To be eligible for this opportunity, you should meet the following criteria:

  • Educational Qualification: A high school diploma as a minimum. Certificates or diplomas in Business Administration, Logistics, or Warehouse Management are preferred.
  • Experience: Previous practical experience of at least 1-3 years in a similar role (Store Keeper, Store Assistant, or Warehouse Operator). Experience in a Kuwaiti or Gulf work environment will be an added advantage.
  • Personal Skills:
    • Accuracy and attention to detail in recording and processing data.
    • Organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Good numerical skills.
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
    • Reliability and good conduct.
  • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel). Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software like SAP or Oracle is a strong advantage.
  • Other Requirements: Physical fitness to perform tasks that may involve prolonged standing or lifting light loads. Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic. Basic knowledge of English is beneficial.
