Job Description & Key Responsibilities

The Store Manager will bear the overall responsibility for all aspects of the store's operations, ensuring maximum efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Core responsibilities include:

• Leadership & Supervision: Directing and managing the entire store team across all departments (sales, checkout, warehouse, customer service) to ensure a motivated and efficient work environment.
