Qualifications & Requirements

To be eligible for this opportunity, you should meet the following criteria:

• Experience: Proven work experience of at least 3 to 5 years in a managerial role within the retail sector, with preference given to those with prior experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
• Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead and motivate a multicultural team, with effective communication and delegation skills.
• Business Acumen: Solid understanding of store management principles, sales analysis, cost control, and profitability.
