Job Description and Responsibilities

The appointed Store Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the store in Riyadh. They will be the on-ground leader responsible for implementing sales strategies and ensuring smooth and efficient workflow. The core responsibilities for this position include:

• Leadership and Supervision: Directing and leading the store sales team, delegating tasks, and ensuring a positive and motivating work environment. This includes training new staff and developing the skills of the current team.

• Experience: Previous practical experience of at least 2-3 years in a supervisory role (Supervisor, Team Lead, Assistant Manager) in the retail sector, preferably in the apparel and fashion industry.
