• Conducting regular inventory counts (cycle counts and annual stock-taking) and reconciling physical stock with recorded balances in the system.
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and entering data into Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or similar software.
• Ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse area consistently to promote a safe working environment and prevent accidents.
• Coordinating with other departments such as Procurement, Sales, and Production to fulfill their material requirements in a timely manner.
• Reporting any stock shortages, damaged goods, or other discrepancies to the direct supervisor.
• Adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Essential Requirements

• Educational Qualification: A diploma or high school certificate with relevant experience. A certification in warehouse management, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of practical experience in a similar role (Storekeeper or Store Assistant) within an industrial or commercial environment.
• Technical Skills:
