- Technical Skills: Strong command of strategic analysis tools (e.g., SWOT, PESTEL, Porter's Five Forces) and excellent financial modeling and data analysis skills.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of corporate governance principles (e.g., OECD, SAMA, Capital Markets Authority) and risk management/compliance frameworks.
- Soft Skills: Outstanding leadership and supervisory abilities, effective communication and presentation skills (written and verbal), and the capacity to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Language: Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential. Knowledge of the Arabic language is a strong advantage.
