Job Description & Key Responsibilities

The Supply Chain Director will occupy a pivotal position in the organizational structure, bearing full responsibility for all aspects of the manufacturing-related supply chain operations. Key responsibilities include:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a holistic supply chain strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives and growth goals within the manufacturing sector.
• Process Optimization: Oversee all functions including planning, procurement, production, inventory management, logistics, and distribution to ensure seamless and efficient end-to-end operations from supplier to end-customer.
• Vendor & Partnership Management: Lead procurement strategy, supplier selection and evaluation, and build/manage strong strategic relationships with vendors and logistics partners to ensure quality, reliability, and cost reduction.

Qualifications & Requirements

To qualify for this leadership opportunity, you must meet the following criteria:

• Professional Experience: A proven track record of 10-12 years in supply chain management, with a strong and clear focus on the manufacturing sector. Experience in a complex manufacturing environment is essential.
• Leadership Experience: Minimum 5-7 years in senior leadership positions, with a demonstrated history of leading large teams and delivering tangible results.
• Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of supply chain principles, best practices, and the latest technologies/systems (e.g., ERP systems). Knowledge of procurement policies and strategies.
• Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to analyze complex data, derive insights, and make data-driven strategic decisions.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written) in both Arabic and English. Strong negotiation and complex problem-solving abilities. Motivational leadership skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
