Job Description

The Sustainability Coordinator will be responsible for leading and implementing the company's strategy in sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). They will work closely with various departments to ensure Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles are embedded into the company's operational culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, monitor, and implement annual sustainability plans and strategies for the company, aligned with Qatar National Vision 2030 and global Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
• Conduct environmental and social impact assessments of current operations and propose improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate and execute energy, water conservation, and waste management programs across company facilities.
• Lead CSR initiatives, including community engagement and employee volunteering programs.
• Collect, analyze data, and prepare periodic reports on sustainability performance and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for presentation to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure company compliance with local environmental regulations and laws in Qatar.
• Raise internal awareness on sustainability by organizing workshops and awareness campaigns for employees.
• Research opportunities for partnerships with local and international sustainability-focused organizations.

Requirements and Qualifications

TDGISERV SERVICES is looking for candidates with a genuine passion for sustainability and the ability to translate strategies into tangible actions.

Educational Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional certifications in sustainability (e.g., CSR, ESG) will be a strong added advantage.

Experience and Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in a similar role related to sustainability, CSR, or environmental management.
• Good knowledge of global reporting frameworks such as the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI).
• In-depth understanding of environmental legislation in Qatar and global sustainability trends.
• Strong analytical and statistical skills with the ability to interpret and present data clearly.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Leadership skills and the ability to inspire and influence cross-functional teams.
