Job Description

Key Expected Responsibilities:

• Preparing and manufacturing a wide variety of traditional and modern sweets, such as cakes, pastries, oriental desserts (like Baklava and Kunafa), and western-style confectionery.

• Overseeing the baking and cooking processes, ensuring correct temperatures and timings are used.

• Managing inventory of essential raw materials like flour, sugar, butter, and flavorings, ensuring their availability in high quality.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment in accordance with the highest food safety and health standards enforced in Kuwait.
• Operating and maintaining confectionery-specific equipment (such as ovens, mixers, and molding tools).
• Working collaboratively with other team members in the kitchen or bakery to ensure smooth operations.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

• Proven practical experience as a Sweet Maker, Confectioner, or Pastry Chef in bakeries, hotels, specialized sweet shops, or restaurants.

• Creativity and attention to detail to produce visually appealing and delicious sweets.
