Job Description

The System Architect will hold a pivotal role within the company, being responsible for the overall design and strategic planning of the technical infrastructure and systems. The architect will work closely with development and management teams to ensure technical solutions are aligned with the company's ambitious business objectives.

Key Expected Responsibilities:

• System Design & Engineering: Lead the process of designing and developing system architectures, ensuring scalability, security, reliability, and efficiency.
• Strategic Planning: Contribute to the company's long-term technology strategy and digital transformation roadmap.
• Technical Project Management: Oversee the implementation of complex technical projects from design to delivery, adhering to timelines and budgets.
• Integration & Development: Ensure seamless integration of new systems with existing infrastructure. Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and tools.
• Support & Leadership: Provide technical guidance to the engineering and development teams. Create detailed architectural documentation and work standards.

Requirements and Qualifications

Starlink WLL is looking for highly qualified candidates with a strong background in systems engineering and technical solutions.

Core Qualifications:

• Academic Degree: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.
• Professional Experience: Proven hands-on experience of 5 to 8 years in systems engineering or design, with specific experience in a System Architect role or similar capacity.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep expertise in system architecture concepts, design patterns, and integration principles. Experience working with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and cybersecurity concepts is a significant advantage.
• Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to analyze complex problems and design effective, implementable solutions.
• Communication & Leadership Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English. Ability to lead projects and communicate clearly with stakeholders from both technical and non-technical backgrounds.
