TrainMe Martial Arts and Yoga, a prominent fitness and training establishment in Dubai, is expanding its team of specialized martial arts professionals. We are currently seeking a qualified and passionate Taekwondo Instructor to teach this esteemed martial art and promote an active, healthy lifestyle.

Job Description

The successful instructor will be an integral part of our dynamic team, responsible for delivering high-quality Taekwondo classes to students of various age groups and skill levels. Your primary focus will be on creating a safe, motivating, and positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Taekwondo lesson plans that cater to beginner, intermediate, and advanced students.
• Instruct and train students in fundamental and advanced Taekwondo techniques, including stances, kicks, strikes, self-defense, and forms (Poomsae).
• Instill the core values of discipline, respect, perseverance, and sportsmanship in all students.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them achieve their personal goals.
• Ensure full adherence to all gym safety protocols during all training sessions.
• Assist in organizing and facilitating in-house events or demonstrations as required.
• Maintain training equipment and ensure the cleanliness and readiness of the workout area.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be a successful candidate for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

• Proven practical experience in teaching and coaching Taekwondo.
• Possession of a recognized Taekwondo instructor certification or license (Kukkiwon Dan certification or equivalent).
• In-depth knowledge of traditional and modern Taekwondo philosophy and techniques.
• Excellent communication and instructional skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both children and adults.
• An enthusiastic, patient, and self-motivated personality.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently.
• High level of physical fitness and the ability to demonstrate and perform Taekwondo techniques.
• Proficiency in English for communication. Knowledge of Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Applicants must have a valid UAE residence visa or be eligible to obtain one.
