Job Description and Key Responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition Executive will be appointed within the Human Resources department and will be primarily responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for vacancies across various company divisions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment Management: Overseeing the entire process from identifying the hiring need to the successful onboarding of the selected candidate.
  • Talent Sourcing and Attraction: Utilizing multiple channels to source suitable candidates, including online job portals (like Naukrigulf and LinkedIn), professional networks, internal databases, and advertisements.
  • CV Screening and Initial Assessment: Meticulously reviewing incoming applications and conducting preliminary phone screenings to evaluate candidates' fit for job requirements and organizational culture.
  • Interview Coordination: Scheduling interview calendars with relevant department heads and following up with candidates throughout all assessment stages.
  • Reference Checks: Conducting background and reference verifications for final candidates as per company policy.
  • Offer Management: Preparing employment offers and conducting initial contract term negotiations with selected candidates, in coordination with the concerned management.
  • Employer Branding: Working to promote a positive image of the company as an attractive employer in the job market.
  • Database Maintenance: Updating and organizing the candidate database and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to ensure efficiency in future operations.
  • Reporting: Assisting the HR team in preparing recruitment metrics reports, such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.

Qualifications and Core Requirements

To qualify for this opportunity, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Work Experience: Proven practical experience of 3 to 5 years in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the UAE or Gulf job market.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong familiarity with online job platforms, professional networking sites, and talent sourcing tools.
  • Personal Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
    • Ability to build relationships and manage interactions with both hiring managers and candidates.
    • Negotiation and persuasion skills.
    • Discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information.
    • High organizational skills and effective time management to handle multiple simultaneous recruitment processes.
    • Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
  • Legal Knowledge: Basic understanding of applicable UAE labor and employment laws.
