Job Description

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the full recruitment cycle, from identifying needs to onboarding the right candidate. They will work closely with various company departments to accurately understand their hiring requirements and develop effective talent acquisition strategies.

Key responsibilities are expected to include:

  • Developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Managing the entire recruitment process: posting job ads, active talent sourcing, initial CV screening, conducting phone and in-person interviews.
  • Coordinating with department heads to define job specifications and required skills.
  • Utilizing diverse recruitment channels including online job platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter), recruitment networks, and employee referrals.
  • Assessing candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit for the job requirements and company culture.
  • Managing the job offer process and communicating with candidates throughout all stages.
  • Maintaining a talent database and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
  • Contributing to Employer Branding initiatives to attract talent.
  • Preparing reports and analytics on recruitment Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Requirements and Qualifications

To be a successful candidate for this position, you should meet the following criteria:

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven work experience of at least 3 years in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably within the Kuwaiti or GCC job market.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong proficiency in using recruitment platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
    • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
    • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Personal Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
    • Ability to build relationships and manage various stakeholders.
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Analytical skills and decision-making ability.
    • High level of confidentiality and integrity in handling candidate information.

Job Location

The position is based in the State of Kuwait. Work from the company office may be required.
