Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be assigned to specific, time-bound projects, serving as the primary point of contact for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle for particular sites, departments, or external clients. This role will focus on attracting, selecting, and onboarding top talent that aligns with the project's strategic needs and timelines.

Key expected responsibilities include:

  • Planning and executing project-specific talent acquisition strategies.
  • Collaborating with project managers or department heads to deeply understand role requirements and necessary skills.
  • Posting job advertisements on appropriate channels (local and international).
  • Proactively sourcing candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, databases, and professional networks.
  • Conducting initial resume screening and phone interviews or preliminary assessments.
  • Coordinating and conducting interviews with shortlisted candidates in collaboration with hiring teams.
  • Managing the offer and negotiation process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintaining an updated candidate database and Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Preparing reports on project-specific recruitment KPIs, such as time-to-fill and conversion rates.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

Essential Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 3-5 years in talent acquisition or recruitment, with preference for experience in a project-based or agency environment.
  • Deep knowledge of the job markets in Saudi Arabia, particularly in Riyadh.
  • Strong proficiency in talent sourcing techniques and online recruitment tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in recruiting for a variety of functions (Technical, Finance, Administrative, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms like Naukrigulf.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess data and make informed hiring decisions.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in fast-paced, changing project demands.
