Job Description
The Direct Sales Team Leader acts as the primary driver for the field performance of the sales team. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements & Qualifications
To be a successful candidate for this leadership opportunity, you should meet the following criteria:
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Equivalent extensive practical experience may be considered.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of practical experience in direct sales, with proven experience of at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role over a sales team.
- Personal Skills:
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate the team and build a collaborative spirit.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in both Arabic and English.
- High analytical ability to understand data and prepare reports.
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure to achieve targets.
- Good knowledge of the Muscat area and the local market.
