Job Description

The Technical Account Manager (TAM) will serve as a strategic and technical partner for Dataiku's Enterprise clients in Saudi Arabia. Your role extends beyond technical support to ensuring customers maximize the value derived from the Dataiku platform to meet their business objectives. You will act as the primary liaison between the client and internal company resources, ensuring a smooth and successful experience.

Key Expected Responsibilities:

• Technical Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients' technical teams, understanding their unique environments and data science-related challenges.
• Drive platform adoption and customer success through strategic guidance, maturity plans, and regular account reviews.
• Proactive Support & Solutions: Identify potential risks and barriers to success, and work on proactive solutions with internal teams (Engineering, Support, Professional Services).
• Internal Collaboration: Represent the customer's voice within Dataiku, relaying feedback and needs to product and marketing teams to drive improvements.
• Customer Enablement: Facilitate knowledge transfer through workshops and technical sessions to ensure client teams are self-sufficient and able to grow on the platform.
• Contribute to contract renewals and upsell opportunities within existing accounts by demonstrating continuous value.

Qualifications and Requirements

Core Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience (typically 3-5 years) in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Advanced Technical Support, Technical Account Management, or Consulting for a SaaS/technology platform.
• Deep understanding of data science, machine learning, and data engineering concepts (e.g., ETL, databases, cloud computing).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is essential. Knowledge of Arabic is a significant advantage.
