Job Description and Key Responsibilities

The Tele Sales Executive will be primarily responsible for generating and developing new sales opportunities through outbound telephone calls. The core duties associated with this role include:

  • Effectively presenting and pitching Al Raee Group's products or services, clearly articulating their features and benefits.

  • Building and maintaining positive, long-term business relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the sales management.
  • Following up diligently with potential leads to convert them into confirmed customers.
  • Accurately updating customer records and sales activities in the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system or designated database.
  • Collaborating closely with the sales and marketing team to refine strategies and drive revenue growth.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven prior work experience in tele sales or direct sales. Highly motivated fresh graduates may also be considered.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
