Job Description & Key Responsibilities

The required driver will be responsible for fulfilling the family's daily transportation needs. Core responsibilities include:

• Safely and professionally driving the family's vehicles at all times of the day and under various traffic and weather conditions in Kuwait.
• Transporting family members to their required destinations punctually and reliably, which may include schools, universities, shopping centers, social and medical appointments, and more.
• Ensuring basic car cleanliness and maintenance, such as checking fuel and oil levels, and maintaining interior and exterior cleanliness.
• Strict adherence to traffic laws and regulations in the State of Kuwait.
• Maintaining the highest standards of safety, confidentiality, and professional conduct while dealing with family members.
• Other duties may include assisting with minor household-related errands or shopping as directed by the employer.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

To qualify for this position, you must meet the following criteria:

1. Valid Driving License: You must possess a valid driving license issued by the State of Kuwait or a recognized international driving license that is transferable.
2. Clean Driving Record: A clean traffic record, preferably free from major accidents and serious violations, is highly desirable.
3. Proven Experience: Previous verified experience working as a private driver, family driver, or in a similar role. Preference will be given to those with experience working with families.
4. Geographical Knowledge: Good knowledge of the streets, roads, and districts of Kuwait, with the ability to use navigation applications (e.g., Google Maps) efficiently.
5. Reliability & Character: Punctuality, reliability, neat appearance, high moral character, and the ability to interact respectfully with all family members are essential.
6. Personal Skills: Patience, calmness under pressure, and good communication skills.
7. Legal Status: Must be a legal resident in Kuwait under a transferable sponsorship, or be prepared to complete sponsorship transfer procedures if selected.
