Job Description & Key Responsibilities

• Diagnosis & Repair: Efficiently diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems, including refrigeration compressors, heat exchangers, fans, electrical circuits, and control systems.
• Installation & Replacement: Assisting in the installation of new air conditioning systems or replacing faulty/outdated components, ensuring compliance with local safety standards and codes.
• Customer Service: Interacting with customers professionally, understanding their complaints, and explaining technical issues and proposed solutions in clear terms.
• Compliance Adherence: Ensuring all maintenance and installation work is performed according to the highest quality and safety standards applicable in the State of Kuwait.
• Reporting: Documenting completed work in clear technical reports, including the nature of the fault, parts replaced, and labor time.

Qualifications & Essential Requirements

To be a successful candidate for this urgent position, you must meet the following criteria:

• Practical Experience: Proven hands-on experience of at least 3 to 5 years in maintaining and installing HVAC systems.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of refrigeration and air conditioning principles, mechanical and electrical components, and measurement/testing tools.
• Practical Skills: High proficiency in using specialized hand and power tools for maintenance work.
• Physical Ability: Physical fitness to work in various conditions, which may involve lifting, working at heights or in confined spaces, and handling mobile workloads.
• Communication Skills: Good communication skills in Arabic. Basic knowledge of English is an added advantage for understanding technical manuals.
• Driver's License: Possession of a valid driver's license is preferred for mobility between job sites.
