Search Elements MENA is actively recruiting for a Vice President position to be based in its offices in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Job Overview

The Vice President will occupy a pivotal role within the company's top management structure. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing core business strategies, driving sustainable growth, and enhancing the company's market position. They will work closely with the executive management team to translate vision into execution and achieve ambitious corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Strategic Leadership: Contribute to the formulation and execution of the company's overall vision and strategy across the MENA region.
• Performance Leadership: Oversee the performance of specific divisions or business lines, ensuring financial and operational targets are met and exceeded.
• Business Development: Identify new growth opportunities, lead expansion initiatives, and build strategic partnerships to enhance market share.
• Effective Leadership: Guide and lead cross-functional teams, nurture talent, and foster a high-performance, motivating work environment.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Analysis & Decision-Making: Analyze market trends and operational data to provide strategic insights and make informed, high-level decisions.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Proven track record of 10-15+ years in senior leadership roles (e.g., Vice President, General Manager) within an international business environment, preferably in the Middle East.
• Strong background in Search Elements MENA's field of business (assumed to be in areas such as digital marketing, technology, consulting, or related professional services).
• Demonstrable history of driving financial growth, leading strategic transformation, and achieving business success.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams and lead change effectively.
• Deep understanding of the economic, cultural, and business environment in the MENA region.
• Outstanding strategic and analytical abilities, coupled with excellent communication and negotiation skills at all levels.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. An MBA or similar advanced degree is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in English is essential. Arabic language skills are a significant plus.
