Job Description and Responsibilities

The appointed Waiter/Waitress will be stationed in one of the hotel's prestigious restaurants or bars and will be primarily responsible for ensuring complete guest satisfaction through flawless service. The key responsibilities for this role include:

• Welcoming guests upon arrival at the Food & Beverage outlet and escorting them to their tables in a courteous and professional manner.
• Presenting menus to guests and having thorough knowledge of all ingredients, dishes, and beverages offered, including daily specials and promotions.
• Taking food and drink orders accurately and ensuring any special dietary requirements (allergies, vegetarian, etc.) are correctly communicated to the kitchen.
• Serving food and beverages to guests in a timely and correct manner, adhering to the highest standards of safety and hygiene.
• Providing excellent follow-up service throughout the guest's stay, checking on their satisfaction and promptly addressing any inquiries or requests.
• Working closely with team members in the kitchen, bar, and other service departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Preparing bills accurately and processing cash or credit card payments in accordance with hotel policies.
• Contributing to maintaining the cleanliness and order of the service area, dining tables, and equipment before and after each service.
• Full compliance with all hotel policies and procedures, especially those related to safety, health, and hygiene (e.g., HACCP standards).

Job Requirements and Qualifications

• Proven previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a restaurant, hotel, or cafe. Experience in a luxury hotel environment or fine-dining restaurants is preferred.
