Job Description & Key Responsibilities

The selected beautician will be responsible for providing a wide range of beauty and grooming services to clients, while adhering to the highest standards of hygiene, quality, and complete customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing comprehensive professional beauty services for the face and body.
• Welcoming clients, assessing their beauty needs, and offering appropriate consultations.
• Performing skincare treatments such as exfoliation, deep cleansing, and hydration.
• Mastering the art of daily makeup, evening makeup, and special occasion makeup.
• Providing hair removal services using various methods (waxing, threading, sugaring).
• Performing nail care, manicure, and pedicure services.
• Maintaining permanent cleanliness and sterilization of the workspace and all tools used, following health protocols.
• Contributing to sales targets for services and beauty products.
• Building trusting relationships with clients and ensuring an exceptional experience to encourage repeat business.
• Adhering to work schedules and maintaining an accurate record of appointments.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

To be an ideal candidate for this position, you must meet the following requirements:

• A certificate or diploma in Beautician studies or a related field from a recognized institute or center.
• Previous practical experience of at least 1-3 years in a similar role (beauty salon, spa, resort).
• Practical proficiency in a wide range of beauty techniques and skincare treatments.
• Good knowledge of skin types, their concerns, and suitable products for each.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to deal with clients courteously.
• A neat and professional personal appearance.
• The ability to work both within a team and independently.
• Commitment to punctuality and high professionalism at work.
• Priority will be given to applicants already residing in the State of Kuwait and holding a valid transferable work permit (Kafala transfer).
