Job Description and Responsibilities

The appointed Warehouse Manager will be tasked with leading and directing all daily warehouse activities to ensure the highest standards of efficiency, safety, and organization are met. The core responsibilities of this leadership position include:

• Leadership & Supervision: Leading the warehouse team, including supervisors, operators, and storage personnel. Motivating, training, and evaluating team performance to ensure a productive and safe work environment.
• Inventory Management: Overseeing all goods receipt, storage, picking, packing, and shipping operations. Ensuring inventory record accuracy through periodic cycle counts and reconciliation with electronic systems.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Work Experience: A minimum of 5 to 7 years of practical experience in warehouse or logistics operations management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (Manager or Senior Supervisor).
