Job Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties (For Warehouse Supervisor)

• Assist in receiving, unloading, and sorting incoming goods.
• Execute put-away and internal arrangement of goods according to specified guidelines.
• Pick and pack customer orders in preparation for shipping.

• Assist in periodic inventory counting procedures.
• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse work environment.

Requirements & Qualifications

• For Warehouse Supervisor:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management, with proven experience in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems like SAP or Oracle.
  • Leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
