Qualifications and Requirements
To qualify for this leadership opportunity, you must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering) or equivalent extensive practical experience.
- Experience: A minimum of 7 to 10 years of practical experience in a technical or industrial workshop environment, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role (Workshop Supervisor, Team Lead, etc.).
- Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of industrial equipment, maintenance methodologies, and technical processes. Ability to read technical drawings and a strong understanding of quality and safety standards.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Arabic and English (verbal and written).
