- Third-year undergraduate or higher, including Master/PhD students and recent graduates
- Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience from tech internship or coding bootcamp
- English fluency (Japanese not required)
- Comfortable working in Linux, macOS, or Unix-like environments
- Interest in open-source projects or tech community activities
- Genuine interest in building a career in Japan
- Full Stack pathway: Proficiency in Python, Go, or React/Vue in TypeScript, plus 3+ of: AWS, full stack dev, distributed systems, DevOps, Docker
- Front-End pathway: Proficiency in React or Vue in TypeScript with form validation, data fetching, and state management at scale
