- Must be a citizen of a developing country
- Maximum age: 25 (Bachelor), 35 (Master), 40 (PhD)
- Minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00
- Hold appropriate prior qualification (high school/Bachelor/Master degree)
- Master degree holders cannot apply for another Master program
- English language proficiency as required per level
- Good health and physical fitness
- Recommendation letter from Indonesian Embassy in applicant's country
Documents
- Recommendation letter from Indonesian Embassy/Consulate in applicant's country
- Two (2) academic recommendation letters from university professors
- Valid passport + national ID card copy
- Academic certificates (legalized, translated to English or Indonesian)
- Academic transcripts (legalized)
- English proficiency certificate (TOEFL/IELTS/TOEIC) issued within the last 2 years
- Official medical report from a government hospital (issued within 3 months)
- Motivation letter and study plan (500 words, handwritten)
- Parental consent (written pledge)
- Curriculum Vitae (CV)
