Job Description

Key Expected Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing the invoicing process and issuing bills to clients (which may include travel agencies, organizations, and corporate clients).
- Following up on hotel receivables and collecting overdue or outstanding payments from customers according to established policies.
- Recording payment receipts and ensuring they are matched correctly against issued invoices in the financial system.
- Reconciling customer accounts (Aging Analysis) and identifying accounts requiring intensive follow-up.
- Preparing periodic reports on the status of accounts receivable and presenting them to the finance management.
- Working closely with the Sales, Reservations, and Revenue departments to resolve any billing discrepancies or inquiries.
- Ensuring compliance with Marriott International's internal financial policies and procedures as well as accounting standards.
- Providing excellent customer service when handling client financial inquiries.
Job Requirements and Qualifications

Educational Background and Experience:
