Perfect Care Solution is currently seeking a dedicated and organized Admin Executive to join its team at its headquarters in Muscat, Oman. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the office and is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong leadership skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic work environment.

Job Description and Key Responsibilities

The successful Admin Executive will be entrusted with a variety of critical responsibilities essential for business continuity, including:

  • Daily Office Management: Overseeing routine administrative operations to ensure a productive and efficient work environment. This includes managing office equipment and supplies.
  • Organizational and Logistical Support: Coordinating schedules, arranging appointments, and booking travel and hotels for team members or visitors as required. Organizing and coordinating internal and external meetings, including preparation of materials and documentation.
  • Communication Management: Acting as a central point of contact for internal and external inquiries, whether via phone or email. Handling incoming and outgoing mail and responding to general inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Administrative Support for Teams: Providing comprehensive administrative support to various departments, such as preparing simple reports and presentations, and maintaining organized electronic and paper filing systems.
  • Project Assistance: Providing logistical and administrative support for special projects or management-led initiatives.
  • Compliance and Procedures: Ensuring compliance with the company's internal policies and procedures in all administrative tasks.

Qualifications and Essential Requirements

To be a suitable candidate for this opportunity, you should meet the following criteria:

  • Educational Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Work Experience: Proven work experience of at least 3 to 5 years in a similar administrative role (e.g., Administrative Officer, Office Coordinator, or Administrative Assistant). Experience in the services or care sector is a plus.
