Job Description
The employee in this role will hold a pivotal position in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of administrative work. Tasks will focus on supporting various departments and executing both routine and complex processes. The Administrator will be an important point of contact within the organization.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily administrative tasks and ensure their accurate and timely completion.
- Organize and manage paper and electronic files and documents, maintaining an effective and rapid archiving system.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including email, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and arrange logistical meeting requirements.
- Provide necessary administrative support to different teams, such as preparing reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
- Assist with basic recruitment procedures, such as scheduling candidate interviews and receiving visitors.
- Manage office supplies and ensure their continuous availability, coordinating with suppliers when needed.
- Ensure compliance with the company's internal policies and procedures in all tasks.
- Contribute to improving administrative processes by proposing ideas to streamline procedures and increase productivity.
Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or any related field.

- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Arabic is a strong additional advantage.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deal professionally with various levels inside and outside the institution.
- Full proficiency in using Microsoft Office software packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
