Job Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Educational Background: A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or a recognized Nursing Diploma from an accredited institution.
• Professional Licensing: Must possess a valid nursing license from the country of origin, with the eligibility to obtain a practice license in the State of Kuwait (support will be provided for the successful candidate).
• Work Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on nursing experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare center setting.
• Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in Arabic (both spoken and written) is essential. Good working knowledge of English (basic reading and writing) is required.
• Personal Skills: Excellent communication and listening skills, empathy, ability to work under pressure and within a team, strong attention to detail, and a professional demeanor.
• Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and basic computer literacy.
