Key Responsibilities and Duties

In this role, the Architectural Supervisor will be entrusted with the following core responsibilities:

• Technical Review: Review shop drawings and execution plans for practical applicability on site, reporting any potential clashes or construction difficulties to the project management.
• Handover Supervision: Participate in the inspection and snagging process, ensuring all works are completed as per requirements before final project handover.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

To qualify for this opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• Experience: A minimum of 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in supervising architectural and/or construction projects. Prior experience within Qatar or the GCC region will be a significant advantage.
• Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of construction phases, architectural materials, Qatari building codes and regulations, as well as international quality and safety standards.
