Job Overview

The Assistant Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales and achieving the company's strategic objectives. Working closely with the sales team and the Sales Manager, the successful candidate will help develop and execute effective plans to increase market share and strengthen brand presence in Saudi Arabia's growing commercial refrigeration industry.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assist in formulating and implementing sales strategies and initiatives to meet financial targets.
  • Support the Sales Manager in managing and guiding the sales team to ensure peak performance.
  • Contribute to identifying new market opportunities and developing plans to capitalize on them.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their core needs to propose suitable commercial refrigeration solutions.
  • Assist in preparing quotations, contracts, and client presentations.
  • Analyze sales data and performance, preparing regular reports for management.
  • Participate in trade shows and industry events to enhance networking and increase product awareness.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products, services, and prevailing commercial refrigeration technologies in the market.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience of 3-5 years in sales, with preference given to experience in the commercial refrigeration, industrial equipment, or related engineering sectors.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills, with the ability to build long-term professional relationships.
  • Strong understanding of the Saudi market dynamics and local business practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team under pressure.
  • Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency in both English and Arabic (spoken and written).
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
