Job Description and Key Responsibilities

The Assistant Store Supervisor will play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day operations within a Talabat delivery hub (dark store) or affiliated store. They will work closely with the Store Supervisor and the operational team to ensure smooth and efficient workflow. The key responsibilities expected for this position include:

• Operational Support: Assisting in supervising daily activities within the store or delivery hub, including order receipt, preparation, and dispatch to delivery riders.
• Team Management: Providing support and guidance to a team of delivery riders and in-store staff, ensuring their adherence to safety, quality, and delivery timeline standards.
• Quality Control: Ensuring all orders meet Talabat's high standards before shipment and handling any immediate inquiries or issues from customers or partners.
• Inventory Assistance: Participating in monitoring stock levels of consumables and packaging materials and reporting any shortages or needs.
• Compliance Assurance: Ensuring the team and site comply with all company policies, health and safety procedures, and local regulations.
• Reporting: Assisting in preparing simple daily or weekly reports on site performance, order volumes, and any operational challenges.
