Job Description and Key Responsibilities

The incumbent will play a pivotal role in supporting and developing the presence of the Mako Robotic-Arm Assisted Surgery system in the Saudi market. The Mako system is an integrated solution for orthopedic surgeries, providing surgeons with 3D visualization and assisting in precise surgical planning. Key responsibilities will include:

• Technical Support & Training: Providing hands-on technical support and training to the sales team, authorized distributors, and healthcare professionals in hospitals and medical centers on the use of the Mako system.
• Sales Support: Assisting in sales activities by conducting technical demonstrations, answering specialized inquiries from potential and existing clients, and participating in medical exhibitions and conferences.
• Ensuring Customer Success: Working closely with post-sale customers (hospitals and surgeons) to ensure optimal utilization of the system, assisting with surgical planning, and responding to technical queries to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Internal Collaboration: Acting as a liaison between the Saudi market and internal Stryker teams (such as Marketing and Engineering), conveying customer feedback and local requirements to contribute to product development.
• Compliance: Ensuring full compliance with all applicable regulatory and medical policies in Saudi Arabia, as well as the company's global standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be a successful candidate for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

• Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Biomedical Engineering, Medical Sciences, Nursing, or a similar technical/engineering discipline.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of practical experience in the medical device industry, technical sales, or technical support within the healthcare sector. Previous experience with robotic surgery systems or in the field of orthopedics will be a significant advantage.
• Technical Skills: A strong understanding of technical principles, with the ability to quickly learn complex technologies and explain them to others clearly.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written) in Arabic and English. The candidate must be a team player with the ability to work independently, possessing strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel domestically within Saudi Arabia as required by the job.
