The company is seeking an ambitious and experienced professional to fill the position of Bahrain Area Partnership Manager. Job Description and Key Responsibilities

The successful Partnership Manager will be entrusted with diverse and vital responsibilities focused on developing and growing Privilee's presence in Bahrain. They will act as the company's primary face and be accountable for all partnership activities within the designated region.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Partnership Strategy Development: Formulate and execute a comprehensive strategic plan for developing business partnerships in the Bahrain area, aligned with the company's overall objectives.
  • Partner Sourcing and Evaluation: Proactively seeking new partnership opportunities with suitable local and regional companies, and assessing their strategic and financial viability.
  • Deal Negotiation and Closure: Leading the partnership agreement negotiation process from inception to signing, ensuring mutually beneficial terms are achieved.
  • Partner Relationship Management: Building strong, sustainable relationships with existing partners, ensuring their satisfaction, and working to develop and enhance mutual cooperation for maximum benefit.
  • Market Analysis and Reporting: Monitoring market trends in Bahrain, analyzing the performance of existing partnerships, and preparing regular reports for senior management on progress and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Internal Collaboration: Working closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams within Privilee to ensure the smooth and successful execution of partnership initiatives.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Privilee is looking for candidates with a proven track record in business development or partnership management, coupled with a deep understanding of the business environment in Bahrain and the wider Gulf region.

Essential Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in business development, partnership management, or strategic sales, with a proven record of successfully closing deals and managing relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of the business environment and commercial culture in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Knowledge of the wider Gulf market is a significant advantage.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade diverse stakeholders.
  • The ability to work independently while maintaining a team spirit, strategic thinking, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage.
