• Menu Development & Innovation: Contribute to designing and developing the beverage menu (classic and innovative cocktails, wines, non-alcoholic drinks) to align with market trends and guest preferences, while maintaining brand identity.
• Guest Service: Ensure the highest levels of guest service, interact with patrons to address any inquiries or complaints, and work towards building customer loyalty.

• Compliance: Ensure full compliance with all local Omani laws and regulations concerning the sale and service of beverages, including age verification policies.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Practical Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in bar or pub management, preferably within a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant environment.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep knowledge of various beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), mixology techniques, and wine service.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, with excellent communication and delegation skills.
• Financial Acumen: Good understanding of cost accounting principles, inventory control, and basic financial analysis (COGS, profit margins).
