Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Continuous Monitoring: Monitor BMS control panels and systems 24/7 to detect any malfunctions or deviations from set parameters.
• Operation & Control: Start up and shut down various building systems (e.g., HVAC) according to predefined schedules and operational requirements.
• Incident Response: Respond promptly to system alarms, perform initial fault diagnosis, and coordinate with maintenance teams for resolution.
