Job Description and Key Responsibilities

The Camp Assistant Manager will report to the Camp Manager and be primarily responsible for assisting in the oversight of all daily camp operations to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery. The key responsibilities associated with this role are expected to include:

• Operational Supervision: Assist in managing and coordinating daily activities within the camp, including accommodation unit allocation, monitoring facility conditions, and ensuring all essential utilities (such as power, water, communications) are consistently available.
• Team Management: Assist in leading and directing the camp support staff, which may include maintenance, housekeeping, security, and logistics personnel. This involves participating in training and the daily supervision of staff performance.
• Compliance and Standards: Ensure all camp operations and facilities comply with relevant local regulations and company policies, with a particular focus on Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards. This includes conducting regular inspections and ensuring safety equipment readiness.

Required Qualifications and Skills
