Required Qualifications and Skills
- Academic Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or Management Information Systems. Qualifications in aviation or logistics are a plus.
- Work Experience: Proven previous experience (typically 2-4 years) in an analytical role, preferably within the aviation, air cargo, or supply chain & logistics industry.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in data analysis tools, especially Microsoft Excel (advanced knowledge is essential). Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or query languages like SQL is a significant advantage.
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to derive actionable insights.
- Business Acumen: A solid understanding of revenue management principles, economics, and air cargo operations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present complex reports clearly to various management levels.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential for this role in a regional airline.
