Job Description

The Central AC Technician will be assigned to the company's Maintenance and Operations department, responsible for ensuring the optimal and efficient operation of Central Air Conditioning Systems serving the company's facilities and clients. Requirements and Qualifications

Educational Qualifications and Experience:

• A diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Refrigeration Mechanics, or an equivalent technical qualification.
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in maintaining and repairing Central Air Conditioning systems.
• Experience working on Chiller Systems is a significant advantage.
• Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) is a strong plus.

Technical and Personal Skills:

• Practical Proficiency: Deep practical knowledge of AC system components, diagnostic tools, and hand tools.
• Diagnostic Ability: Excellent skill in identifying root causes of malfunctions and finding effective solutions.
