Job Description and Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will play a strategic role in managing and executing merchandising strategies across a cluster of the company's retail outlets. • Developing and implementing unified, visually appealing merchandising plans and displays across multiple stores within a designated area or "cluster."
• Ensuring full compliance with brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines in all assigned outlets.
• Working closely with store managers and the sales team to achieve sales targets and visual performance goals.
• Analyzing sales data and customer feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of displays and proposing continuous improvements.
• Overseeing the installation of seasonal displays, new promotional campaigns, and marketing launches.
• Training the in-store floor team on basic visual merchandising principles and processes to ensure sustainability.
• Managing inventory of display props, fixtures, and decorations, ensuring their availability and condition.
• Preparing regular pictorial reports and evaluations on the state of visual presentations in stores.

Required Qualifications and Skills

To be a successful candidate for this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Fashion Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Proven practical experience of at least 3 years in Visual Merchandising, with preference given to experience in the fashion and apparel industry.
• Previous experience working at a cluster level or managing multi-store displays is a significant advantage.
• Deep understanding of design principles, color theory, and store floor planning.
• High creative skills with the ability to translate concepts into practical displays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written) in both Arabic and English.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while meeting deadlines.
• Flexibility to travel between different stores within the operational area.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel) and basic design software (like Adobe Photoshop) is an added advantage.
